The film begins with Captain Prabhakaran, an IFS Officer, who is sent to Sathyamangalam to catch Veerabhadran, who tortures the people of that place. However, Prabhakaran is not only going to catch hold of Veerabhadran but also avenge the death of his friend Rajaraman, an IFS officer who was killed by Veerabhadran.
