Referral Terms

1.18 years old and above persons can only subscribe and refer the app.

2.Referral programme is only for promoting the app.

3. Every referrer can get the points.

4.The subscription amount (Any scheme) is NOT Refundable.

5. Gold Package plan is only eligible for the referrer program.

6. Every channel is shown through the access of third party and the web link in this app.

7. The channels may be interrupted due to the problems in server and the changes of web link.

8. Ads from Google is unavoidable.

9. Payment should be withdrawn after reaching 1000 points within one year.

10. When you are failed to get 1000 points within a year, the points will become zero after one year.

11. TDS- 10% and service charge - 10% will be deducted during pay out.

12. Maximum 12 hours will be taken to activate the account after payment for subscription.

13. If the subscription payment process is failed,the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.

CANCEL Option 1 : User can cancel subscription in our App - Menu Under Account settings : DELETE Account

CANCEL Option 2 : User can cancel subscription any time through Email : info@ohoo.in : Subject : Account Cancel - Account ID @yourid123

Once Cancel your account. Data & Your Records will be detele from our database in 3-4 WOrkng days.

The subscription amount (Golden Pack : 249, & Any other pack) is NOT Refundable.

We do not use or share user data for Marketing Purpose.

User can cancel subscription & Delete Account in our App - : Under My Menu - Then >> Account settings : DELETE Account

Once Delete Submitted. Data & Your Records will be detele from our database in 3-4 Working days.
